Full service safe opening for both residential and commercial safes. Safes come in a wide range of security options for estimates will change based on security rankings and other factors. Bellow are steps to take to get your safes opened.

For dial safes:

• If you think you know your combination, (step 1) turn the dial to the left 3 times and stop the 4th time on your number. (step 2) Next turn to the right past your number 2 times and stop the 3rd time on your number. (step 3) Then turn your dial to the left 1 time past the number and stop the 2nd time on your number. (step 4) The next step has two options, either turn to the right and stop at zero and turn the safe handle. If that option does not work, repeat steps 1-3 and replace Step 4 with turning the dial slowly to the right until it stops somewhere on the dial usually between 85 and 10.
• If dialing your combination does not work, complete the form below. You must attach photos of the safe in order to receive an estimate or service!

• Try replacing your battery first. Often on better made safes the batteries can be replaced from the outside of the safe. For example, ESL 5 and ESL 20 locks can be changed by rotating or sliding up the external key pad. The batteries in these are 9 volt batteries. Use only name brand batteries like Duracell or Energizer batteries as off brand may not have enough energy to operate the lock properly. Some other variations have a sliding draw on the bottom of the locks or a door to access the battery.
